This PSP has been upgraded with the latest custom firmware, ARK-4, which grants you the ability to run your games from ISO files instead of off the UMD drive, saving on power, and allowing you to carry all your games on the SD card. Custom firmware also gives you access to a great number of custom homebrew applications, games, utilities, etc. It comes loaded with software needed to play MP3s, read books, emulators, etc. No commercial games or roms will be loaded onto this system.

Emulators included on the system: SNES, NES, Atari 2600, Sega Master System, GENESIS, and GBA which all play very well on this system. No games/roms are loaded, just the emulators.

Custom Firmware Ark-4 provides some amazing additional benefits. Another level of brightness is unlocked with this firmware, giving you 4 different levels of brightness (one additional level compared to the official firmware), region free (ability to select region in the firmware menu), overclocking, power over USB, and many, many more options! Additionally the button configuration for X and O can be altered in the VSH menu (select key from main menu).

A USB charger/data cable is included to allow you to charge and transfer data (mp3s, games, videos, etc) to and from your PSP!

A couple notes upfront, disregard the "listed" capacity of batteries printed on their casing: the size limitation is 1200mah for a PSP 2000 and 3000 battery and 2200mah for a PSP 1000 battery. You will see many listed at 3600mAh, but if a battery this size wouldn't fit within the unit (without significant modifications to the shell). The battery included with this unit was selected for its reliability and quality.

I've taken special care in selecting a HQ battery and a quality brand Sandisk MicroSD card for this PSP to insure a good experience with your purchase.

Shipping

Ground shipping is included in the purchase price of domestic orders. All items will ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. We do not generally make expedited or international shipments (e-mail the seller for details BEFORE purchase). To protect your item against loss, shipments may be designated "signature required".

Warranty

All items include a 30-day warranty. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. RETURNS MUST BE TIGHTLY PACKED IN ORIGINAL DOUBLE-BOXED PACKAGING, AND SHIPPED VIA A TRACKABLE METHOD. The buyer is responsible for the item arriving in original condition, and damaged or lost items will result in no refund being given. Any work performed on an item, or work performed by 3rd party repair entities, will void the warranty -- if there is a problem with the item, it's the seller's reponsibility to take care of it, so let the seller know!
