I am working on installing HP PC, by using OpenCore Hackintosh services. But im kinda stuck

I was working on installing macOS on my brother's HP computer that is currently running on windows 10.

But when I downloaded the file to the USB stick I think I also reformated it back to a normal USB instead of a bootable USB.

I was wondering if I could use the Disk Unity on my Mac to re-format it back to bootable.

Thanks in advance for the advice.

    I got it figured out, but i ran into another problem, it says an error message when I try to boot macOS on the HP laptop.
